By accessing or using AgentHub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without explicit permission

Service Description

AgentHub provides a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents and swarms. Our services include tools for agent development, integration with various AI models, deployment capabilities, and monitoring features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the service to create content that infringes on others' rights
• Engage in any activity that could harm or exploit minors
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by AgentHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment and Billing

Some features of our services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• Usage beyond plan limits may result in additional charges
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• You will lose access to your account and any stored data
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
